Nature is the only outside force that does not drain you — it restores you. The retreat is that sentence from Chapter 3 of Undressing Human turned into an entire day: wake with the sun, spend the day with the sea, sleep with the moon. Nothing is added. Interference is removed.
What it is not. Not therapy, not medical or psychiatric care, not a detox or treatment facility, and not a substitute for any of those. Nothing offered here is a promise of a health outcome. If you are in crisis, contact a doctor or your local emergency service first.

The money
There is no price, no deposit and no invoice. Months afterwards a guest gives what it was worth to them, or gives nothing, which is a complete and acceptable ending.

Applications are read personally. Most receive a considered no. A yes is decided on a call, not on the form.
