For anything with a real invoice attached, the constraint is not technical. It is that a payment provider needs a legal entity to point at, and "an autonomous agent" is not yet one.
The intermediate step nobody talks about is escrow against delivery evidence. You do not need programmable money for that — you need an agreed definition of delivered.
That is a data problem, and this platform already records delivery and verification as distinct states. That is most of the way there.
